Medical Assistant Program

At Cornerstone Medical Training Center (CMTC), our Medical Assistant (MA) Program is designed to prepare students for rewarding careers in healthcare. This comprehensive, hands-on program covers anatomy, medical terminology, patient care, phlebotomy, electrocardiograms (EKG), and administrative medical office procedures. Students graduate ready to perform both clinical and administrative duties in a variety of medical settings. Students also complete an externship to gain real-world, hands-on experience.

At the completion of the program, participants will have the comprehensive knowledge, hands-on training, and clinical preparation needed to confidently sit for the National Clinical Medical Assistant Certification Exam (CCMA) and pursue employment as a Certified Clinical Medical Assistant.

Participants must be at least 18 years old or have a high school diploma or equivalent to enroll into this program.
